Samantha Miller, B.S., HSA, is the Administrator of Eastside Endoscopy Center. She recieved her degree in Health Services Adminsitration from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2014. She worked as the Assistant Administrator of the Eastside Endoscopy Center for 8 years under direct mentorship of her mother, Beth Miller.

Beth was named the Administrator of the center in 1996. She was involved in the initial planning, development, set-up and opening of the center in February, 1996. At this time, the center received Medicare certification and a state license. The center was only open for one year when a three year accreditation was received from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). EEC received the highest level of compliance in all of the main categories, and was used as a model for AAAHC surveyors. Beth contracted with the insurance companies for facility reimbursement and was instrumental in bringing the Eastside Endoscopy Center to financial success by developing an advanced technical facility, with state of the art equipment and a highly trained clinical and medical staff. Beth also went on to open the Macomb Township center in 2007 and the Chesterfield center in 2023.

After the tragic passing of Beth in 2024, Samantha assumed the role of Administrator. She has completed AAAHC accreditations on all three centers along with CMS certifications, annual fire inspections, and State of Michigan inspections on all three centers flawlessly.

Samantha is in the process of preparing for the CASC examination (CASC stands for Certified Administrator Surgery Center.) to earn the CASC credential. CASC Administrators have demonstrated they have the knowledge that is important to administer the overall operation of an ambulatory surgery center. CASC is the only credential specifically for ambulatory surgery centers. It is awarded to those who demonstrate their expertise in ambulatory surgery center administration.
